Do you ever feel that LIFE IS TOO SHORT?
Where are you in your life right now? Are you in a job that you love? Are you in a relationship that enriches your life? Or..are you stressed out and unhappy on a daily basis?
Some years ago I was in an awful place of severe anxiety. My constant negative thinking, and hating what I had, and what I was doing in life was causing so much stress. I actually didn’t realise though at the time, that I was the one causing my pain.
I made a conscious decision back then that life really is too short to be feeling so bad, and I dedicated my life to regaining my emotional balance and finding a purpose that would fulfill and enrich my life.
I changed the environment I lived in. I learned to meditate and now experienced in many styles. I did yoga. I read inspiring books. I did all sorts of different therapies. I learned about the power of the mind and how much it really affected the way I felt. I received and trained in Spiritual healing. I received and trained in NLP. And I’m still training.
All of this has brought me to where I am today. And I believe it is a lifetime of wonderful learning.
Back then, I couldn’t see a good way out. But I didn’t give up.
And now, I feel humbled to be in the most beautiful place in life where I am able to help you, regain the emotional balance in your life.
