My 3 Essential CALMING TOOLS in a panic attack

I started to feel palpitations in my heart. My breath started to get shallow and short. That familiar tension was getting stronger in my solar plexus. What was going on? Everything started to get stronger; my stomach was tight, I was feeling nauseous, my heart was now pumping so hard, I thought I was going to have a heart attack. But I wasn’t having a heart attack.
I was having a PANIC ATTACK……AND I WAS IN BED!
Sometimes stress gets us so overwhelmed that we go into a panic attack. Sometimes that stress can go so deep that it embeds in our subconscious and the protective part of our mind never switches off.
